Jim Powell
Jim Powell, currently a web developer for a Digital Marketing firm in Orlando, has a diverse musical background. He started as a Saxophone player, but since has dabbled with other woodwind instruments, percussion, and even musical theatre. His percussion exploits include being a performing member of Odyssey Percussion Theatre (Percussion Scholastic World in WGI) and Spirit Drum & Bugle Corps (now Spirit of Atlanta). He has instructed for and been a clinician for numerous Florida High Schools in the areas of Woodwinds, Visual (marching and body work), and Cymbals. He is currently working with Spirit of Atlanta to maintain their online presence and assist in electronic records-keeping.
