Billy O'Brien is from Riverside, NJ just outside of Philadelphia, PA. He has performed with the Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps, the University of Delaware, Black Watch Independent World Color Guard from 2004 – 2007, as well as with the DCA World Champion Reading Buccaneers in 2008. He has designed and choreographed for several groups throughout Philadelphia area, most notably Triton Regional High School & Rancocas Valley Regional High School. He is returning for his second year with Spirit of Atlanta.
